New Single (October 2000)
The new single release which is planned for release in November is Beautiful Inside - it is already doing the runs on the various TV and Radio Music shows!
Chart Positions (August 2000)
Disappointedly, the Louise's third solo album "Elbow Beach"
only made it to number 12 in the UK album charts!
New Album (August 2000)
After 2 whole years the wait is over.....the new album, "Elbow Beach"
is released here in the UK! What a fabulous come-back album, with nice catchy hits and melodies!!
This album certainly has the potential to contain, possibly, a number 1 hit!! We all hope so!
"2 Faced" - Highest Chart Position (July 2000)
Louise has done it!! (Well almost). She has reached her highest entry for a new hit single in the UK charts, reaching number 3 with her great hit,
"2 Faced"!.
G.A.Y. (June 2000)
Louise will be performing at G.A.Y., at the London Astoria on the 1st July, as part of the launch for the first G.A.Y. compilation album soon after.
Elbow Beach @ Amazon.co.uk (June 2000)
Amazon.co.uk is the first on-line store to list the new Louise album in it's albums database. So far it has been priced on back-order as £11.99. Hopefully, a few other on-line stores, like Jungle.com and Boxman.com will soon list the album too. No news on an International release though, with no listing appearing on Amazon.com yet!! My eyes and ears peeled though for news of International releases....
Burger King Promotion Flop (June 2000)
Burger King have been forced to withdraw the Promotional CD that Louise was part off in it's UK stores. This was due to "worrying" issues resulting in the links provided on the CD. Unfortuantely there was easy access to a list of over 2000 pornographic sites which has caused outrage to worried parents. A total PR (Public Relations) flop on Burger King's part, unfortunately with Louise (and the HoneyZ) associated with it!!
"Jim Davidson Presents..." (June 2000)
Louise was one of acts to perform on the new BBC comedy and music programme, "Jim Davidson Presents....". This humourous host is going to introduce a number of acts throughout the series!
I've just come back for watching the recording of one of the shows, in which Louise performed one of her new hits, 1st Kiss, presumably the single that would be released around the same time that this programme is actually aired!
As per usual, Louise was absolutely stunning, what a sight!!
MTV 'Select' and 'The Box' (June 2000)
Louise's new single can be found on MTV Select, or by choosing 195 on 'The Box'!
Burger King (June 2000)
It is also possible to pick up a Louise promotional CD from the UK chain of Burger King for £1 or free if you buy a kid's meal (~£2.35).
All you get is a few 'Fun Louise Facts' like:

Fav Boy Band - LFO.
There is also a chance to win a photo shoot with Louise.
The promotional track featured on the CD is called "Better Back Off", not a sensational track but hey it's a promo!
Louise is one of the acts recently announced to perform at the now annual Party In The Park event at Brighton. This open-air concert is one of the many that the capital radio group presents during the Summer months, there is one in Birmingham and the main one is held in Hyde Park, London.
At this time I am unsure whether Louise is performing at either of these two other concerts!! Other acts include (to name a few): Atomic Kitten, Northern Line, Precious, Honenz, Artful Dodger, Nu Generation and more....
It's going to be held at the useful venue of Preston Park, on Sunday 25th June 2000, kicking off at 12 noon up till and possibly pass 4pm!!
FHM 2000 Poll (June 2000)
Louise has continued to be voted within the top 10 of the annual "FHM Sexiest Women" Poll's, by being placed at number 9. Not bad at all come to think of it, as she has been out of the limelight for over a year!!
She also camed 43rd in the Woman's version of the same poll.
Louise appeared once again on the front cover of the popular men's monthly magazine, the forth time doing so.
Around the Mags and Media's (June 2000)
Louise has started to circulate around the magazines and other media's this month, with appearances either planned or in place, in FHM, New Woman, Sunday People Magazine, a brief mention in the Daily Star, MTV UK (& Select MTV), The Box, CD:UK, BBC 1 and BBC2 and Ch4 Big Breakfast....more to be appear over the next few weeks, so keep your eyes and ears peeled!!
Louise Release (May 2000)
After such a long agonising wait, the time has come....Louise and First Avenue Management have just released information about her forthcoming third solo album and new single.
News is still a bit etchy but rumours are that the new single release will be on the 17th July 2000, with her album following two weeks later on 31st July 2000.

Also, the latest news is that Louise will not release a duet with Kéllé Bryan, but instead just concentrating on her solo career.
Louise Release Rumours (February 2000)
Rumours are flying at the moment with news that Louise is planning to release her third long-awaited album at the end of May/June following a release of a new single about 2-3 weeks earlier! I can't wait!! The wait is almost over for all of us fans!
